- Return Eligibility
You may apply for product return within 30 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging with all accessories intact. Customized, clearance and personal hygiene goods are non-returnable. - Return Application Process
Submit return request via our contact email support@tonies.com, state your order number and return reason.
We will review your application and send return authorization instruction within 2 working days.
Send back items following given shipping address, attach order info inside parcel. - Refund Rules
Once we receive and inspect returned goods conforming return standards, full refund will be processed in original payment channel within 3-7 business days.
Shipping fees for original delivery and return shipment are borne by customers, unless products have quality defects or wrong delivery caused by our side.
Partial refund is available if you only return part of items in one order. - Defective & Incorrect Items
If you receive broken, defective or mismatched products, contact us promptly with photos or videos as proof. We offer free reshipment or full refund, covering related return postage. - Non-Returnable Conditions
Goods will be rejected return and no refund issued under below situations:
Exceed 30-day return period
Goods damaged, worn, altered or lost original package and parts
